K2 Renovations has been finishing interiors across Berkshire and Surrey for over a decade. We started as a small team with high standards and we've stayed that way — intentionally.
We don't take on more than we can handle. Every project gets our full attention, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
Our clients care about their homes and would rather see the work done once, properly. That is who we work for.

Preparation first
A lasting finish starts long before paint touches the wall. We fill, sand, prime and protect every surface properly. Shortcuts show — we don't take them.
No subcontractors
The team you meet on day one is the team that completes your project. We don't hand off work. Your home is treated with the same care as our own.
Considered materials
Professional-grade paints chosen for each surface and room: Dulux Trade, Johnstone's Trade and Tikkurila, with Zinsser primers and stain blockers. We are equally glad to work with paint and colours specified by you or your designer.
Clean and considerate
We protect your furniture, your floors, and your time. Every room is left clean at the end of each day, and furniture goes back where it was when we finish.
